Founder Story
Mr. Xu, CEO&Engineer
Mr. Xu is a professional petroleum processing and mechanical design engineer with more than 21 years of continuous experience in the pyrolysis industry since 2003. He has long been engaged in the technical research and engineering practice of waste tire pyrolysis and waste oil refining, and also has solid technical accumulation in biomass pyrolysis. With a solid mechanical design foundation and petroleum processing expertise, he is highly familiar with the structural principle, process flow and operational logic of various pyrolysis equipment.
During his career, Mr. Xu has been employed by multiple pyrolysis manufacturers to carry out on-site technical guidance, process debugging, equipment modification and production line technical upgrades. He focuses on improving equipment stability, optimizing pyrolysis efficiency, and solving common technical difficulties in daily production. His rich field experience enables him to provide reliable and practical technical solutions for different types of pyrolysis projects.
In addition to engineering work, Mr. Xu currently serves as a technical consultant for the China Rubber and Plastics Recycling Association. He provides professional technical advice and industry guidance for waste tire recycling and waste oil refining sectors. As an experienced senior engineer in the pyrolysis industry, he has consistently focused on technological improvement, equipment iteration and the comprehensive utilization of renewable resources.
Co-founder Erik Xu
As the Co-founder of the company, Erik Xu is a seasoned foreign trade specialist who has deeply devoted himself to international business for many years. He possesses profound industry insights and solid business capabilities, focusing on global market development, overseas customer maintenance, and cross-border trade cooperation. With long-term immersion in the foreign trade industry, he has formed a rigorous and efficient business thinking model, laying a solid foundation for the company’s overseas market layout.
Erik developed his global business vision at an early age. During his university studies, he traveled independently across multiple countries, actively communicating and cooperating with merchants from diverse cultural backgrounds. This unique experience enabled him to deeply understand international trading habits, regional market demands and cross-cultural communication logic. He has accumulated precious first-hand negotiation experience and established sensitive market judgment from real overseas business practice.
With persistent dedication to foreign trade business, Erik continues to optimize international sales strategies and build stable, long-term cooperative relationships with global clients. He always adheres to customer-oriented service principles, focuses on transparent communication and reliable trade solutions. Up to now, he has played an essential role in expanding the company’s overseas influence and promoting steady international business growth.
