A dedicated service representative will be assigned and a service file will be created.
2. Installation & Commissioning Support
Remote Support: Detailed installation manuals, wiring diagrams, and instructional videos are provided.
On-site Support (if specified in the contract): Our engineers can be dispatched to guide on-site installation and commissioning.
After installation, a full system test is conducted, and a commissioning report is issued.
3. Operator Training
Standard operating procedure (SOP) documents are provided.
On-site or remote training sessions for operators include:

Electronic training materials are provided after the session.
4. Warranty Period Support
A 12-month warranty is provided from the date of commissioning and acceptance.
Non-human-damaged components are eligible for free replacement during the warranty period.
24/7 technical support is available, with a response time of no more than 12 hours (on working days).
Spare parts and technical guidance are provided at no cost during the warranty period.
5. Post-Warranty Service & Long-Term Support
Lifetime technical support is available.
For out-of-warranty issues, parts are provided at cost with discounted labor fees.

6. Service Feedback & Follow-Up
After each service session, customers receive a service satisfaction feedback form.
A usage archive is maintained for each customer to ensure ongoing performance optimization.
